I'm expecting a formal offer from BCG Platinion next week, 2 years experience in tech consulting. I do cloud/data engineering making 110k at BAH right now. What level and comp should I expect?

There was a time i got 7 lkh offer and i was over the moon, back in 2014. Now have offer of 30 lkh, still not happy.

Making my first job move using a recruiter, is it typical that they are the ones doing the negotiating? Is this standard practice or is it frowned upon to ask to talk to the Company directly to negotiate a higher salary?

Got news that my house closing may have to be moved due to a delay in the sale of my home.
