Amz virtual interview for Sr pm. Any tips? What is the tc like? This got rescheduled once as the position got filled. I was asked to check if another position is of interest to me. The second one had similar job description as the first one, so I agreed to go ahead w rescheduling the interview. Is that normal at amz?

Struggling to even get an interview… 2 YOE as a sales specialist tasked with planning strategic playbooks with sales leaders and product merchants, training and coaching our sales force, plus creating/communicating content/tools that make them more effective. Anyone in a current Sales Enablement role or hiring a Sales Enablement role provide feedback on what I’m missing as a candidate?

Wrapped up my last interview with the CIO for a director of strategic ops role for a large Asset Management firm; 30 minute interview. He did most of the talking. I nailed the questions he asked and chimed in here there with some good insights. I wasn’t able to hit all my talking points though. I feel good about it. I think 70/30 in my favor that I get an offer. What do y’all think?

The people that run teams are called managers. They do the following a) scoping work b) staffing c) people mgmt.

All these recent posts on cheating and lack of sex/ spark in long term relationships and marriages has really got me shook (perhaps I need a break from FB). As someone who was cheated on in a past relationship it has taken me a long time to realize that “not all men cheat,” and I’m still working through it. The last few days on here have been a major setback so much so that I even shared this with my SO (who had been hurt by my previous mindset that you can’t ever 100% trust anyone).

Despite being appreciated at work, getting great reviews at work, I fear about my job. I am constantly afraid of uncertainty - things that are not even in my control. What should I do? It doesn’t appear there is an opportunity for me to transition to a transactional side here at the firm in the niche practice group. Any suggestions on how to get out of lit.?
