Good Morning. Here's my dilemma. I have an approved H1B application which got picked up in 2019-20 lot and approved in Jan 2020, before the world went into lockdown. The stamping process was initiated but it couldn't complete as the USCIS offices were shutdown die to the pandemic. Does anyone know if this is normal? I joined a vault 100 firm in September last year. The firm put me on tier 7. In January I had the associate review and everything was normal. After a couple of weeks, I got the call from the hiring partner telling my bonus and new salary (because of the firm-wide salary increase). I realized I still get paid as a 7 year associate. Can I withdraw my L2 tomorrow? Is it okie if I am out of status for nine days? I am worried that the L2 will get approved. If it does get approved, what do I do?

Hi everyone, in ds-160 I am not able to fill last 5 years of employment data. After adding two employers the Add Another button is disabled, anyone experiencing the same?

Does it matter if I don’t meet the specific job requirements when transferring H1B? The job posted requires CPA license but I haven’t got it. The employer is still willing to hire me. I know for PERM process, meeting minimum requirements is important but not sure if H1B have such requirement. I heard that for H1B as long as it’s a position requiring bachelors degree and specifically occupation that should be fine. But kinda worried about this.

- I didn't get selected in the H1B lottery.
- My company has agreed to send me to their London office for a year (haven't yet filed application).
- OPT ends in late June, so I can stay till mid-late August (grace period).
