Should I email the recruiting analyst and advise I never received the email invite? Thank you all in advance.

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months. Any idea how can I get this escalated so that the recruiter ( Accenture employee) should at least be careful in future before fooling a noob like me?

I have got joining bonus and if I resigned before April 2022. I have to pay the entire bonus and within one year I am not willing to switch also.
