i’m in an optometrist for this company and this is my second round of working there. I should’ve known after how terrible the first time was that I should never go back. I was promised so much and things change in the blink of an eye. I’ve never seen anyone more money hungry or so obsessed with the bottom line in my entire life. As an eye doctor expected so much more respect, not only me but my staff as well and I am counting down the days until I’m gone.

Hi guys currently I'm working in a project with very stringent timelines. Sometimes we need to put more than 13-14 hrs each day. There are 4 members in my team. Two are involved in database prt and me and my lead are involved in the front end and middle layer prt. Somehow my lead is not at all pleased with my work. And even if I try to talk to him for something he is completely rude. Sometimes it makes me that I m completely useless. Even the other team members are following the lead

Growing up was rough. On my 8th birthday my dad had an accident that led to this death a few days later. He was a good man who took care of us all (I had 3 siblings now 2; lost 1 few years ago). I'm in a good place in life right now I only find myself in the last 5years shedding a tear once a while when I'm alone. It startles me because I was a tough kid who didn't cry and just soaked it all in and rolled with it. I'm almost 40 and can't explain what's happening with these tears.
