Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.

Did i do the right thing?

I need career advice. I have been an office admin for 7 years and want to pivot into project management. I have experience leading small projects. But I have limited experience handling complex projects involving many people. My long-term plan is to complete a PM cert program and hopefully find an entry-level position. However, my immediate need is to find a new job, ideally, one that would offer the opportunity to gain more project experience. Any suggestions?

How did you ramp up into doing actual data science work at your clients?

I am early in my career (3 YOE), but I have a masters degree, cloud data science certs, and strong Tableau/Alteryx experience. However, it seems like a lack of experience doing actual data science client work is what keeps blocking me from landing on data science projects. Any tips?

Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review. She has since left the company, but there’s crazy turnover in the company & in the HR department in particular. Just that an HR coordinator resigned. Is it worth going back into a dumpster fire w/ no leadership to gain experience?

Need Suggestion.

I am the only developer in my team and my manager has assigned me a project in which I need to create a tool from scratch although that is currently running in production build by third party and we don't have access to that code.

I am on notice period and I am 100% sure that project won't be completed before my LWD.
