Im in my second month at KPMG. Bain just reached out to me to interview from an application I submitted back in June. The resume Bain has doesn’t show I just started my new job. How should I approach the situation if I’d like to someday end up at Bain.

Is it normal for a big4 to take over two months in the interview process? Since end of January I've had five interviews w team members, including with the partner who leads the practice I'd be joining. Still no word.
