I’m job hunting and could use some advice. I was let go from a sales role after six months and have been unemployed for about eight. My previous job had great metrics and solid tenure. Should I list the short role and risk questions, leave it off, or keep it as current and deal with it later? Curious how others in sales have handled gaps like this.

Looking to get back into shape and gain some strength. i’m looking for recommendations for a workout plan and calorie intake.

I plan on gaining mass/strength/muscle for the next 4 months. I’ll be in some sort of calorie surplus. then I plan on cutting for two months before a wedding.

I can do 5 to 6 days at the gym for about an hour a day.

What workout plans would you recommend and how many calories should I have during my surplus and deficit

I was thinking of taking a lower position at some company and working myself up maybe BI to DA. I would like to work as a dev but a lot of the small companies are offering salaries significantly under 100 for jr dev roles. Any thoughts?

My company blames my generation for not being able to hire everyday. “You guys don’t want to work” coming from some overweight, racist, old coaster. I’ve barely taken any days off this year and pick up “skeleton crew” days any chance I get. I was able to work out a deal with my company before I came because of prior experience luckily, but they offer a terrible base salary and sham of a commission structure to new hires + no remote.
