Hi EveryOne, I have 5 Yoe and I have an offer in hand of 26 LPA + 1.75 JB from Cognizant.
Amex hr told me that they will only meet the offer.
As they are including gratuity and company pf to their base salary,I am afraid that the offer will be even lesser than my current offer.
What should i do?Amex
I just got an offer for Accenture’s consulting development program and am wondering if I should negotiate my initial offer as a new grad with little consulting experience. I got another offer for EY business transformation but it pays less.
How do I ask ACN for more money and should I mention my other offers?
Any advice is appreciated!

Walmart Question
Does anyone know what range to expect as as a Trust and Safety Manager II? It would be with their new 3rd party online market that works with content creators to drive advertisement and sales. The recruiter I spoke with on the initial call was very persistent with a range but I told her I'd get back to her.
Also, if people with experience/knowledge could also share any relevant information such as WLB, work culture, etc from the Bay Area that would be very helpful. Walmart
I would go and ask my manager for the salary band that the position is in. Then I would ask what objectives I need to meet in order to be promoted and work towards those. // Start asking colleagues for their salary, then you can compare.
I wouldn’t meet my manager with the attitude of demanding more. That rarely goes well. After all you agreed to the salary when you took the job.
It depends... E.g.: If it's about 3 years or more that your salary isn't touched (like lots of friends of mine), it could be perfectly legitimate to ask for more money: after all you get better and more expert in the meanwhile (IMHO)
