Hoping to get in touch with #Peraton recruiter! I have about 9 months left in Air Force where I work in cyber defense and vulnerability management, have a BA in cybersecurity, sitting for CISSP and have lots of certs. Would love to chat with someone about opportunities. Hold a clearance and could technically start in 7 months. Any help is appreciated!! Thank you.

Anyone have experience working CWX side of Facebook (Meta) ? These are the full time contract roles that potentially turn into permanent roles directly with Facebook (Meta). Had a recruiter reach out and offering me comparable TC and such, just curious if anyone has experience in these roles and success/failure of transitioning into permanent role. Thanks in advance!

Id only switch companies if there is a big pay differential or you’re moving to an employer with brand name recognition. Otherwise switching departments is the easier option.
Try to stay in the same company and switch your role to whatever you’re interested and comfortable with, Stay in that position for few months and apply for better opportunities
Normally I'd say it's about a toss up. In this market, I would assume it's easier to move internally than externally. There just aren't many jobs available right now on the open market. All companies are different, so that might not be the case for you, but based on what I've seen during my job searching, I'm inclined to think it'd be a lot easier changing teams/departments than it would be to change companies.

I would definitely consider an internal change first. You have built enough trust at the company, they’re stable. You don’t know what you’re getting into when you hop companies
