I'm looking to relocate to Dallas from the UK and I'm hoping you might have some advice. What is 'normal' for a tenancy length for renting an apartment or town house? In the UK it's 12 months. Do you typically pay q premium for shorter terms or monthly rolling contracts? I'm looking for stability but also risk signing a lease in case my company recalls me.

Getting married in September, have a vax only policy for guests. My fiancé’s sister is bringing her unvaccinated spouse to the hotel where all the wedding festivities are being held b/c she is too scared to fly on an airplane without him. Texas drivers…honest question. Why, why in tf do people just camp in the left lane? I’m talking doing maybe 5 mph over the limit in the left lane when people want to go faster and they can get over?? I can’t always see around and sometimes on hills I can see that one jackass is holding up a line of cars. What gives???
