Anyone traveled or traveling to Peru anytime?
Hey! Any Google folks know if it’s possible to negotiate fully remote if a contract role is hybrid? Personally, I don’t want to relocate and go to the office on a contract role given the current economy. Plus, I’m assuming contractors are the first to go in layoffs. I just think it’s a fair trade off if I’d be allowed to work fully remote. I’m also trying to have flexibility to manage my Airbnb business in a different country. Same time zone as the home office if I’d travel weeks at a time.
Anyone on here ever traveled on Emirates?

Omni Barton Creek, Miraval, Lake Austin Spa and Resort have more of a resort feel in hill country
That depends on what the vibe of the staycation is OP. If you want the best view then I would definitley say the Fairmont Austin because they have the best view of the skyline. If you want more of a cozy staycation type vibe then I would say the Archer Hotel. We stayed there once and it was cozy and really nice.
I am not sure what you are looking for but you cannot go wrong with the The Driskill - The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, it is a little pricey but the rooms are nice and they have some good food options: https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/hotel/texas/the-driskill/aushd/?src=corp_lclb_gmb_seo_aushd and another great option is Walk to Soco + Lounge Poolside at Luxe King Suite
