I’m on a project where it’s been slow for 2-3 weeks. My manager told me to look for a project to be on so that my utilization won’t be impacted. I have 100% utilization FYTD. Is Operations paid the least at your respective firms? I was hired to a Client Service Delivery role with a heavy focus on project management.
