I'm one year into my first engineering role post-MS. My manager is great and always asks what he can do to make my job easier or better. I usually just say "Nope, all good," but it feels so passive. What I really want is to leverage his support to grow, but I don’t know what to ask for. What are some meaningful but realistic things a newer engineer can request in 1-on-1s?
