When is the good time to tell the company that I am 3 months pregnant. My date of joining is 18th of July. I understand by law I need to finish 80days with the company before I avail maternity benefits which I can easily do in next 3 months.

It’s pretty common for IT-led security drills to include password audits or simulated phishing tests. While it’s unlikely they’re literally using it to “catch” people, these drills really do help raise awareness and push for safer practices across the company. You'll see an increase password manager adoption!
When I worked at a wirehouse at Merrill Lynch, and it was audit season, they would come around early AM, around 6-6:30. Move everything on your desk to see if there was anything out that would have triggered an examiner exception. They would also sweep during the day to see if your laptop was teathered to your desk, if not, they would take it and make you look around for it.
Fun fun.
IT once left some random flash drives lying around to see if anyone would plug them in.
If anyone leaves a password on a sticky note at the office then security drills and training should be mandatory. We do simulated phishing email scams randomly throughout the year just to keep people alert.
We have security drills all of the time. They'll send phishing type emails to make sure we aren't as gullible as our higher ups make us out to be 🤣 Funny enough, a few folks still get caught every time 🤷🏾♂️
