I’m really interested in knowing what others have found to be great learning experiences that would be more ‘specialty’ or ‘advanced’ without having all the extra years and letters behind my name. What companies/institutions have learning opportunities with hands-on wet labs for orthopedic/soft tissue/radiology/acupuncture anything and everything that could make a GP more valuable as a team member? Not trying to take the place of specialty practices.

I was just talking to a younger friend who goes to Cal and It seems like the kids these days hate FAANG or at least Amazon and Facebook are not desired at all. I personally don’t see too many issues working at either Amazon or Facebook because I work at Deloitte where I’m sure we have many questionable clients and worked in financial services before. Curious on whether people are thinking about the ethics of their exit company when deciding to move?

Hi everyone, I’m seeking some advice - my dog (8yrs old) was attacked several months ago by another dog and after she became depressed and anxious. We got her anti depression meds and those seemed to help but how a lot now a lot of signs are pointing to a potential brain tumor. To get an MRI is +1k.
