Hi Mentors, seek your advice. I have done civil engineering + Project Management. Currently I'm working with project management team as planning engineer in a real estate firm.
Now I am willing to switch into Consulting domain but not getting any leads, also daily I'm applying n numbers of company on LinkedIn, Naukri and Indeed but not a single light of hope I'm seeing.

Why are you so conflicted by other peoples opinions? Apply to the agencies you feel are making great work, and if you get in, great. You’ll form your own opinions while you’re there. I’ve loved agencies that other people hate and I’ve hated agencies that other people love. It’s pretty subjective.
Agencies can be wildly different for different people. And people who are malcontent seem me to be louder on this app. (That’s not a dig, it’s just human nature). I wouldn’t listen to all comments, surely not from people who only tear things down. Some people might have a valid reason to not like an agency, others are just frustrated. Go to the agency that makes the work you like.
Most agencies, good or bad, always comes down to what team your on (the client, the folks you work with directly, etc). Two people can have vastly different experiences at the same shop.
Manager/Mentor > Team/Account > Agency
Although agency can help you get to better agencies/teams/managers too.

You will find haters for every company. Choose the place that offers you a good boss and an opportunity. Then you can make up your own mind about a place, with the added vantage point of your own personal experience and a paycheck.
You're a junior copywriter with decades ahead of you. Don't weigh yourself down with other people's opinions.

Go to a place that makes great work. You’re a Jr., that’s all that matters.
Truth is, they’re all awful in their own way. So just shoot for places doing the work you want to do.
If you can get into an agency with work you admire, and get a chance at making that type of work, you should just do it. People have subjective opinions about everything, overly negative opinions about everything on fishbowl shouldn’t impact your decision to go to a place you want to go to if you you’re able to do it.
You’re conflicted because every agency has mixed reviews. Find the one that best fits you. The things you don’t care about now will be the things you care about the most.
Almost nobody goes out of their way to post great stuff about anything on any anonymous platform.
