Tax Question:

I lived in VA for 8 months of 2019 and then moved to DC for the last 4 months. I got a federal and state refund from VA, but now owe DC “state” taxes because apparently they were not taken out of my paycheck. However, I changed my address in my firm’s system right when I moved... is this an issue on my firm’s part or did I screw something up?

I have an office desk already at home but its a sitting desk. Looking to buy an addon that can be placed on top of the desk and levered up to be used as a standup desk. Any suggestions?
