I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Having left a toxic environment myself, I have no regrets. However, after 14 weeks of active searching and the savings running low, having the perspective that things can always be worse allows me to be grateful for my health and the ability to use my free time to find the right fit for my next role.
I also have a great network of individuals I work with in the nonprofit space that keeps me engaged and grateful. So I'm kept occupied from falling into despair.
Do you have access to short term disability mental health leave? What you are describing is why that benefit exists.
Also lean into your self-care/self-healing bag. More walks. More nature. More people around who share your values. Drink more water. Prioritze your sleep. Etc.
Just try to keep your eyes on the prize. I've been there - it's hard not to get depressed and feel hopeless, but I kept reminding myself that I'd be getting out soon. Took me a while, but I got a great opportunity and I'm so much happier now.
We have all been there. I was a tech before in my career. I came out of college with a psych degree. Excited about working in mental health. Stayed with the company 15 years. Had other jobs doing that time frame as well. The environment started to change and not for the better. It was exhausting and I stayed stressed. So I decided to relocate for better opportunities. I took a pay cut but it was worth it. Since starting my career I have received my MBA and MHA and will be starting my dream job in 1 week. It took hard work and dedication and years to get to this point. Healthcare is tricky and you have to figure the lane you want to be in and grow from there. It’s a huge industry and the sky is the limit.
I would love to be in healthtech. I'm just finishing up my 6th year of fulltime graduate school and getting myself back into the job market is exhausting. It's like recruiters are intrigued but have no idea where to place me. I know that once I'm back in brand strategy, it'll be an easier pivot to healthtech but it's like my foot won't fit in the door. I'm trying to keep my confidence up though.
Everyone's been there. My motivation has been running a bit dry, too lately so I know how you feel. I talked about this with my mom who's also in healthcare and she told me if I'm unhappy and it isn't the kind that could make me grow as a person, then it's not worth staying for. Choose yourself always.
