I have an urgent situation that I need advice for: what job to take? I currently have 2 job offers. Offer A (Scientist 3): 70k with full benefits including 15 PTO days and 5k tuition assistance yearly. It was sent to me last Wednesday and yesterday they left me a voicemail asking for a decision at my earliest convenience. Offer B (Manager): 76k with full benefits minus tuition assistance and only 5 PTO days first year (15 days after). Both companies said they'd groom me to take management roles.

This was my first job out of college and I don’t really know how I got into this path. Graduated in business management and marketing.
