I’m staying at a Marriott in the Caribbean that’s open air (i.e., you leave your room and you’re outside - no security). I came back today to find housekeeping had come and not closed/locked the door behind them. Should I expect a service recovery from this?

I’m an ambassador but haven’t had a bad stay before so unsure the protocol. I phoned to the front desk to complain and they said they’d alert housekeeping - should they do anything else? Thankfully nothing was taken!
