I’m struggling right now between keeping my high paying job in the defense industry or going towards a new industry. I’ve always loved being at the cutting edge of hardware technology but with the direction the DoD (or now DoW) is going, I don’t want to enable… Has anyone else struggled with morality vs salary when it comes to defense?

I stand firm on not wasting my time applying for a job that doesn't post the salary with the job description, anyone else do this? I feel like anytime I have interviewed for a job that didn't post the salary, they end up lowballing me during the offer phase.
