You don't have to be graceful. What she is doing is inappropriate, and it is ok to call it out. "While I appreciate that you believe I am the right person for this job, I don't currently have the capacity to take on an additional responsibility. If the team would like me to take it on anyway, I'm happy to reprioritize my current tasks with our manager to discuss which of my current responsibilities can be paused."

Well you should talk to them first. But you can also be more willing to advocate for yourself. When she volunteers you, say I would love to help, but things are a little tight. Maybe you would like to assist or take over this task? Put it back on her. Make sure you do that part in public though.
It might be a good idea to talk to your Supervisor about this. This can be done confidentially without your co-worker knowing. If you have a good and tactful supervisor then this would help.

In your position I would just not do the new tasks
People try to do this to me from time to time but when they “check in” and I have t started on the random task it usually leaves my queue
I just tell my manager about it and see if he’s got any feelings about it. If it’s not a priority for me or my manager I don’t worry about it
I feel like if it’s not your manager you shouldn’t be obligated to do it?
