You better believe it.

Hi,
My last working day was 11th Nov and I submitted my asset to TCS location and got the Initial release letter as well. Later on 17th or 18th of Nov, I got a message from TCS that they have sent the Packing material through Vendor, please accept it.
I didn't accept the material and cancelled it when the delivery boy came to my location.
So, is it going to create any problem in getting reliving letter? Share your thought please

I won’t negotiate quoting markets and inflation rates. Each firm has a framework for calculating market adjustments based on geo locations. Negotiations should be about your specific needs and a number that works for you.
Unless you are just doing to get to that number
I would say that negotiation is not based on your needs (or wants) it’s about what the market is for your skill set.
How is San Fran not on this list??? Is the filter hiding it??
PWC1 I’m sharing it to discuss 🙂, if you have more insight happy to hear!?

Companies don’t pay inflation, they pay cost of labor.
KMPG1 I’m London UK. I will argue on this that everyone is replaceable so not sure what you mean by this?
I was hired for my skillets in product management specialising in mobile.
You’re complicating this! By showing global data you’re not fooling anyone. Go to glass door and use fishbowl salary data for your location and go from there. These charts will have no merit in salary negotiations
I’m not trying to fool anyone as the company is US based with different offices there, they opened an office recently in the UK.
As you can see in the thread I have collated like you mentioned in your answer some data related to my role and the market (showing in the graph attached).
Now I’m collecting some additional material for my manager who is in the US as an entry point for the conversation.
I have prior to that had a chat with him for a potential salary renegotiation not raise since a lot of people are enjoying a salary that has nothing to do with their GEOs.
I believe this is trying to get ready as much as I can rather than « trying to fool anyone » .
I’m spending time collecting data and preparing for that meeting, so I guess the work you mentioned is done.
Please feel free to share if you have tips on how to approach that type of negotiation
I think you are trying to significantly over complicate this. If you want an increase you need to show how the job market for a UK Product Manager has increased and therefore you need a market adjustment. Inflation could be 50% higher but if folks are still willing to work at lower comp that doesn’t justify any increase.
Point noted for the increase thank you 😊, the rest has been done as my manager is US based to give more context of the market for a salary renegotiation
