I’m using pocket prep premium for CISA over the past 2 weeks. I’m 425/600 Q’s into bank. I’ve logged 6 hours of testing so far, with a weighted average of 83%. My goal is to continue taking tests until I have 100% accuracy on all 600 Q’s which should maybe take about 3-5 more hours of testing. Then I’ll take 1-2 150 question practice tests to make sure I’m averaging in the 90-80%. For anyone that’s prepared for the test using pocket prep, do you think I’ll be okay to sit for the exam?

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.
