Infy - 26.5L and 1.25L joining bonus.

HCL - 28L and no joining bonus.

In infy quarterly variable pay. In HCL yearly variable pay.

Which one would be best in terms of
1. job safety,
2. Onight opportunity
3. work life balance and
4. Variable pay % (important factor)

I got an offer in Singapore for 4k SGD per month. I have 3.4 years of experience in IT Audit and also did masters in specialization with Information Security and hold two certs. Interviews with a private credit / direct lending / distressed real estate group have been going on for 6 weeks and now I’m waiting for the the final decision. They said that they’ll review the case studies and make a decision soon but does anyone know how soon :((( I’m so tired and exhausted and I really want the job so much. Technical was last week and last interview was yesterday. It’s a reputable American company - how likely is it that they’ll make a decision in 2 days?

A new analyst has joined our team and we often give them models/ slides but don’t always ask them if they know all of the accounting principles to be able to make minute adjustments to EBITDA or free cash flow. We are a FIG platform, so the knowledge required is relatively unique as well and not as easy to google as corporate transactions. Is there a better way to coach the analyst short of just throwing them in the deep end to figure it out or should we wait for them to ask us for help?
