The issues seem to really come to a head for one when she is drunk, using it to air grievances with me. When sober she doesn’t feel like talking about it. I am being tapped to translate documents at work. I’ve done spot translation audits, and 1 larger Quality assurance document earlier this year, but was recently contacted about a potential large-scale translation initiative for next year.

I have received my first offer letter which they wanted me to accept by e- signing it and after i did that theh have sent out form 11 and other documents to be filled in 2 days.
I have never filled form 11 and other personal details untill 1 week before my joining date.

My joining date would be after my notice period which is usually 2 months.
Should I share the person details and form 11 they asked for now itself?
Will it be a problem if i don't wish to join the company later

Today I received my provisional full and final settlement and the payable amount is negative -11454. They are recovering the full AMPB amount which I got from September months.
I have heard from this platform only that hcl stopped the recovery police but still I got the negative fnf.

I’m looking to transition from an academic medical center to pharma or a biotech. I have about 8 years of clinical research experience overall — 7 years combined as a CRC (CRC I, CRC II, and senior CRC) and 1 year as a PM. I’m also recently ACRP-CP certified.
