When is the good time to tell the company that I am 3 months pregnant. My date of joining is 18th of July. I understand by law I need to finish 80days with the company before I avail maternity benefits which I can easily do in next 3 months.
I want to understand if women who go on maternity leave during probation are treated differently or if there will be discrimination once I let them know about my situation. Wipro Accenture Allstate Quantiphi analytics pvt ltd.

WFH and PTO.
Money>additional PTO> extra WFH days
Extra time off.
All the above but $$$$$ matters. Were not doing this for sport
I don’t expect to be fairly compensated. I expect to be compensated at market and inline with my peers with similar experience.
Hybrid schedule is amazing. Additional perks I appreciate since going in house: Having the option to log off at 3PM every Friday throughout the year; 4 weeks to work from anywhere each year; potential to purchase equity (not profit sharing or other quasi-ownership structures). Flexibility is huge! Additional PTO means nothing if people can’t take it or aren’t encouraged to use all of it.

Professional development
Well if you are talking true perks and have already laid out that you are fairly compensated + bonus then that leaves us to more so look at things which are being missed by many other commenters. Like reduced insurance premiums are a perk my company offers which I find to be incredibly valuable, and team development opportunities during company hours that go a long way, the flexibility to additional WFH/ temporary remote for various periods of time (such as the summer when kids aren’t in school). Professional development opportunity such as attending conferences that are available to all employee levels.
Additionally, my husband always points to the company gear which we receive and don’t have to pay for allowing us to live our company brand/logo.
More money and additional time off and free healthcare
Just having job would be an awesome perk. Still searching.
Hah. Those are some big ifs to assume are all right. But I’ll play along. Time off, particularly enabling folks to feel like they can take it, and respecting boundaries by not expecting folks to work while taking time off.
The pay, the flexibility, and not being micromanaged are important to me.
