In light of the AE campaign conversations - has a client ever brought an idea and you had to push back and give a hard recommendation to kill it? The kind of thing where you just KNOW they’ll get slaughtered if they go live with it b/c they’re not reading the room (ex: Kendall Jenner Pepsi ad, etc.) I’d love to hear examples of those that never made it to light. 👀

Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. I accepted already but may get an offer from another HR company in account management around 90-100K. Need advice

This morning, the partner told me he’ll probably fire this client, big pat on the back.
