I joined Tiger Analytics with CTC of 9lpa. When I check in greythr IT statement, it shows 7.14lpa.
In the CTC payslip, it shows 75k per month as my salary. But this month I got 61k.
I understand they deduct tax, but I feel it is too much. IDK where I'm losing the money. Can someone tell if this is normal. I'm a fresher so, IDK much about it.
Also, what can I do to pay less taxes? Any help on that?

60’s / 70’s / 80’s will probably be in better locations. A lot of development happened in this period of time, and once a house is built on a piece of land, it’s rare to see it demo’d and rebuilt (especially in the Midwest). A lot of newer development is happening in the burbs / more rural areas, because that’s what land was available.
Older houses that were renovated well can be great! Older houses that weren’t renovated well can be a nightmare. Older houses that need updating at least allow you to control your own destiny with the updates.
I bought a 1950’s built home that had some kitchen upgrades, but original bathrooms. Did one bathroom update in year 1, and another in year 2. Have made small improvements here and there since then, but overall, it’s worked out well for us. The house is in a great neighborhood, and I prefer the location to houses built 30 to 50 years sooner that are several miles further out.
As long as you get a thorough home inspection and know what you’re getting into, you should be fine.
Mine is 56 so I guess I need to be on the look out
Thank PM1 you are absolutely right those homes are in great areas and hot neighborhood, and new constructions are in suburbs.
OP where are you located?
