cts will not remove any of its employees in the nxt 3 to 4 yrs. They ve severly afftected by attrition.
Cognizant much better in terms of job security and WLB, than TechM.
TechM is better in job security as being part of it as I have seen many persons in my project as non competent and client too escalted against them but TechM moved them to other project.
WLB takes a hit at TechM but I would rather say that this is more of a project wise.
I had earlier been part of Wipro and tcs, compared to that I can say TechM values quality work instead of politics.
Techm has better job security but looking at the trends I think job security at CTS will improve. Techm has good WLB I can vouch for it as I worked there for 4 years and there was trust me only life no work.
