In the later stages of interview process for an in-house exec role for a small company. Went through the process directly with the company - now I’m competing with another person found by an exec search firm. Company wants me to talk tomorrow to the exec search firm too so they can evaluate my experience. Feeling a lot of self doubt as the other candidate is a senior leader and has done this before - whereas it’s more of a stretch role for me… any advice?!

I haven’t had much work on my plate even after asking many times for more than six months. I’m ready to move to a larger law firm.
