In the past I would use Brightscope to search companies 401k ratings. They have since been acquired by ISS and they no longer offer this information publicly. I am interested in seeing details about your company.

Parent Company: Marsh McLennan (I work for a subsidiary but all the 401k plans are the same for Oliver Wyman/Mercer/etc.)
(1) Transamerica
(2) 50% match up to 6% (so 3%) + 4% regardless of employee contributions - so 7% total. The 4% might only kick in after 1 year of tenure but I can’t recall. MMC contributions vested over 4 years.

(2) 100% match up to 5% of your gross salary. Additionally, 1% of your gross salary regardless of contributions. Ends up being 6% basically.
