Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. I am in the process of IVF due to my husband's male factor infertility. I made my own classes and times students were allowed to check in out books. I serviced a grade a day and on Fridays everyone was allowed to come get books. We have new administration and this year I have class periods and one planning period like a regular teacher. I have 27 students in each class. " Ridiculous." Has your library changed?
