In this recession I resigned with offer 90 days np but now that offer with which I resigned ghosted me. What shall I do? I am trying to get other offers companies are rejecting me. Help me. My current team was toxic with offer in hand I thought I will land in better place but seems like I am facing lot of rejections. Is market good now? What shall I do? My team started gossping I am gonna stay back. What shall I do? Other internal team is calling me for interview. I resigned 2 weeks back.

I had offer from company A and B. A was offering only 22% hike on my CTC but copany B was offering 30% hike on CTC. After accepting the offer from company A and just before 20 days of LWD I asked for making it to 30% hike.
