I have offer from Nagarro for 32 LPA(1.6 variable) and another from Turing of 34 LPA (2.5 Variable) I don't want to Join Turing, but can I negotiate with Nagarro based on Turing offer to increase my package? There will be long term negative impacts in Indian IT industry if we continue to work with less package and zero work life balance especially after reaching age of 40s.So this is the matter of serious concern and red flag if govt and IT companies does resolve 90 days NP and if there is no work life and toxic environment.Think twice before joining IT

very simple... if they allow this policy evryone will leave for better opportunities within 30 days. if they have 90 days np employees stays longer.
This scam should be stopped from government level.
Unemployment is a major issue in India, and we witness this culture. Someone is willing to join if you don’t agree with the company’s terms. If you demand a high salary, someone is prepared to work for less. You want a better work-life balance, and someone is willing to work overtime even without extra pay.
Companies have options, so why would they want you if they can get everything they need for less money? It’s us who’ve made this toxic by giving more.
Can anybody clarify the withdrawal policy for different notice periods at cognizant?
- For a 90-day notice period, I understand that withdrawal is not allowed after 30 days.
- For a 60-day notice period, could you confirm until when withdrawal is permitted?
