Very new to being headhunted by recruiters on LinkedIn, should I be concerned with sending recruiters my resume or anything along those lines if they’ve messaged me?

Should you discuss salary range with an internal company recruiter prior to setting up an interview? With external recruiters it’s pretty easy to talk about the expected range. I am trying to avoid wasting all of our time if i get to the last interview and they are expecting a salary that is too low for me.

I left my old job the end of January (due to compensation) and hate my new job. I don’t sleep and am constantly stressed. I got offer Letter from infosys 2.5 months back, now when I am trying to decline the offer by sending a mail to HR, it was not getting delivered as HR left the organisation 1 month back, I forwarded mail to feedback team of infosys but still got the mail from onboarding team with joining details and WebEx link, kindly suggest how to proceed in this case.

I renegotiated my start date and it’s different from the date I signed on the offer letter. Do I need to request a revised offer letter or is the email thread with the recruiter sufficient. By the way, my background check is already in progress.

Had an interview yesterday and the interviewer wanted to understand what I did - even 1 month gap between jobs - from 2009 to present 🤪 Not interested in the job anymore tbh
