How does one tell their boss (owner of the company) that you are burnt out? The sheer volume of work is exhausting and I haven’t taken a true vacation as we are a small company so if something urgent comes to my email I feel like I must respond. I was given an additional title and more responsibilities last year as well but only a 3% raise for it.

I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. I technically can make bonuses but I’m not supposed to dig into a sale and I have to send it to a sales rep (I am service and retention mostly). Does a non-tech PMO candidate can also achieve 30-50 LPA in just 5-6 years of experience as you technical people are achieving.

Please also suggest, should I continue in this PMO and go for PMP, Prince2 then try or just learn some technical things and then can only expect this much package?

Lesson learnt:

Never tell your colleagues where you are joining beforehand.
Not all are good advisors, some will ruin your mind with their opinions.

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
