What are Fdd Director salaries at KPMG?
Need help deciding if this offer is worth moving for. Received an offer from Booz Allen Hamilton for an Associate level Sr. Systems Engineer in Los Angeles for $135k base. I countered $150k and a $15k singing bonus and asked if I could be brought on as a lead associate since I've been a lead/manager for a while in my current company.
Current company TC: $125k in Utah.
YOE: 7 with M.S. and MBA

AlixPartners can you please share about the TC and WLB for new parents?
I'm approached by the AP recruiter and in the final interview process for an SVP role (digital practice).
Already have two other offers (Strategy @ Walmart, 300K TC, and Marketing@ Amazon, 220K TC). 10 YOE
1. Will AP's SVP TC be higher than $300K? What's the breakdown?
2. Would you choose AP over Strategy @ Walmart or Marketing @ Amazon?
3. How difficult is it for new parents? I still want to spend time with my newborn.

Feels light. That might fly with a smaller F1000 but for a large F200, base should be 200+
The comp seems low, but the title may help you springboard to another role down the line. For 14 yoe total and 7 yoe post mba, I would assume 160-180 as base seems to be about the average in industry. If you need the title bump, I suggest you take it. Look to move up in comp in a year or so. Good luck!
Congratulations! Glad it worked out for you!

Very low for a director role. 200k base is normal for director.
I had a 20% bonus as an analyst in a different industry and similar cost of living
Titles don't pay. Experience does.
Got revised offer of 165k base with 15k sign on bonus, 20% target bonus and upto 40k in yearly equity. Happy with the revised offer and getting out of consulting.
I informed them of what i was giving up by switching employers. Worse 401k match, fewer pto, adoption assistance and also looked up average salary for the role online as data points to negotiate
Low
Uhh yeah sounds like a great package. 40k yearly on top of your 20% bonus? Wow. Take it or give it to me
I have 7 years of total experience

Forget the haters. Made the same kind of move from ACN, and it’s been the best thing I’ve done for my career. Go crush it OP, you’ve got a great new opportunity
Did you discuss comp earlier in the interview process and what did they say? Curious because I’m looking too.
Initial minimum range was $150k that was shared but was mentioned that there is room for negotiation
You're at 7 YOE. This is not low
Seems low OP
What firm are you currently at and level???
Dont feel comfortable disclosing firm name just yet. At a consultant level right now
