Interesting news - Aprio just rolled out that now since we are PE majority owned Managers and up are awarded management Incentive plan units (for both time vesting units and performance vesting units) and SMs and up can get both MIP units grants and an additional LTIP units (Long Term Incentive Plan units) grants. Vesting period varies by level but the incentive really changes our total comp packages. I’m excited. Had no idea this was coming.

I am a Sales Support Engineer (Applications Engineer) with 2 YOE. I am thinking about making a change because my job is no longer challenging, and there isn’t much growth opportunity in my company. I love my team, but I feel like I may need to move on. I am at 70k a year and have been told time and time again that I have learned faster than anyone they have seen and am a top performer.
