I’ll share my case with you even if you didn’t ask.
Took 4 weeks for HR to give me the call with the offer and followed up twice before that. Few months into the job and talking with one of the guys who interviewed me, turns out they decided to hire me in the very same day of the interview and informed HR the day after.
Conclusion: follow up after a week, chances are the decision has been made already.
Thank you for sharing your experience. Interviewed this week and felt good with the team vibe. Anxiously waiting for the next step. But don’t want to annoy HR either. Let’s just fingers crossed.
Is this grad or experienced hire. Not in BO but when I recruited FT in college, first few rounds were abnormal w like video and office visit. Super was scheduled soon after but was a few months later, then took a week to hear on the offer
Thanks for sharing. Mine is more like experienced hire but still entry level. HR phone call for 10 mins more like screening. Then in person (zoom) with team. Saw some reviews online they said it varies.

It took JPM 3 months to hire me. Finished all my interviews in 2 weeks and the rest of the time was the company just twiddling their thumbs. Jpm is notorious for taking forever to hire. This was for a VP level role.

It never hurts to politely ask for an update from the hiring manager or recruiter.
