Interviewed at a big tech company recently and I’m awaiting the decision from the team this week. For context, the recruiter reached out after my loop interviews a week and a half ago to tell me that all the interviewers were raving about our conversations and that they are “very”supportive of my hire…proceeded to say she would be reaching out to me after they reconvened in early march.

Trying not to get too excited as anything can happen. Any thoughts on this one?

What companies in India only take about 2-3 rounds of interview? Which companies have the quickest interviewing process in India?

Have an interview with a company I really want to work for tomorrow. My last job I was laid off b/c of an acquisition&recently accepted a job at a diff company b/c I couldnt afford not to. I got this invite shortly after. The place I’m interviewing at the job wouldn’t start til next year. I dont want to seem like a job hopper. Do i tell them I’m at a new role or just not bring it up? The acquisition was public so they can see Im no longer employed with the most recent work history on my resume

What is your opinion on online assessments as part of the hiring process?

I have been applying for internships the last few months. Got few first round interviews but never concluded further in the application stage. Lots of rejections because I am not from a target university.

I'm a little confused on Danko - does he offer a self-study option for the coursework requirement? On his website it looks like each module has a 4-day virtual class which I wouldn't be able to attend due to working full time. Does this program also include self-study material, and the classes are just supplementary/optional? I was also looking at Dalton for self-study and Danko for test prep. Thoughts?

I am having 8.7 YOE JAVA Backend developer and having offer from Nagarro now.
So I wanted to know about the BGV process, like what docs they ask like docs from all of the past employers ?
And do they ask after joining or before joining ?
As I dont have exp letter from my 1st company (with 1.6 yoe) which was a small startup.
