Interviewed someone via zoom today and their camera froze at the start. I mentioned it and the candidate didn’t really do anything other than say “oh no”. I know it shouldn’t matter but I couldn’t connect with the candidate and just went through the motions. Should I have ended and rescheduled the interview?

I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
