What is the salary range for Senior Associate (SA) in assurance domain. HR is only quoting a certain % hike on my current ctc ( which is very low) and not willing to negotiate beyond.

Did you/can you negotiate comp for experienced entry level consulting roles? Have consulting experience from non-MBB firm, but was hired for the entry role.
