Advice, please!

Interviewing at a tech comp. Role is lateral, but title is “Principal”. Honestly never heard of this title before as my career is on the agency side. Is this title a resume killer as currently a CD?

Lots of design agencies and architecture firms use that title. Pentagram for one. Usually mean a team lead. I wouldn’t sweat it

Hmm I’ve heard principle used for a senior role like lead or director but that isn’t a people manager.
