Interviewing at two different places. The one I want is dragging their feet, the one I am meh about is moving fast. What makes sense to communicate urgency with the first one?

Found out my interview this week will be with PMs of different levels so they can decide who wants me on their team, but recruiter won’t give me any specifics on client/brand, print or digital, etc...

I’ve been approached outside the firm for a number of roles and take interviews for the practice. Today a start up SaaS company called and when i gave my base salary expectation (which i thought would be wildly out of range) it was not even a flinch and “well within range” no wonder there’s a staffing shortage at pwc, these guys are throwing money at us, and I’m in marketing!!!!!

1-assessment and i got the completion message and confirmation
2-after that interview went very well
3 - hr discussion with salary , ready to initiate my offer in 2 hr
But she called me in a minute on Friday and told me that you need to give the test again.


After 3 days on monday -today
Someone called me from hr and told me you have to appear for all the things again.

Is there any interview after probation period?

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months. Any idea how can I get this escalated so that the recruiter ( Accenture employee) should at least be careful in future before fooling a noob like me?

Hello, I am currently a solution consultant with Kinaxis, but starting the interview process with Accenture for a similar role. Any Insight regarding salaries @ ACN for a role like this? Pros and cons of potentially switching from Kinaxis to ACN?

Just how bad would it be to quit without a two week notice? I’ve been bait & switched into a horrible role, overworked to the point of having medical problems, and no amount of diplomatic talks with my manager has improved the day to day.
