Equity is going to be part of the comp, but I’m obv worried about the downward trend. How should I go about negotiating the balance between cash and RSUs in my comp?

Hi guys, After CAF completion by last week, yesterday I received a call from the HR for the second round of evaluation. So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance.
