Currently an engineer in MCOL area with 4 years experience (post graduating, not counting experience before/during college and large side gigs). Hi guys, I'm working as support engineer in Microsoft.

I have got offer from Disney as Cloud solutions Architect and as DevOps engineer 3 in Western Digital(which was Earlier SANDISK).

Is it a good option to switch to any of these companies?

If you go for interview and you sort of know that the person interviewing you might be curious about something on your negative on your resume like why is there a gap or why were you in XX role for so long?

I am an m&a junior at a firm that is generally considered a lifestyle firm (pay below market but target hours are lower unless pushing for partner). Over the pandemic period, we have had so many senior associates and paralegals leave that there is no one to ask questions to and I’m doing paralegal work (we are all in survival mode). How do you get “peaceably” rolled off a project that’s going down in flames when you’re one of the workstream managers and considered a key person risk because you’re the only one that knows everything that’s going on?
