Who is the main contact for Ogilvy recruiting?
McKinsey & Company I received an offer from McKinsey & Company in 2021 and I’ll be starting later this year after graduation. Obviously because of the pandemic, inflation is slowly trending upwards. Has anyone asked for a base salary increase before even starting the job? Any advice on how to approach this?

I am looking to identify committed Christians within Deloitte who would be interested in serving on the US board of a global non-profit committed to restoring the lives of those who have been traumatized via human trafficking or gender-based violence in SE Asia. Deloitte has been instrumental in partnering with Hagar International via pro-bono consulting and we would love to leverage this partnership on our US board.

Yes
Yeah that's solid

Very good
Yeah - you'll be at the top of the salary band for mgr. expect minimal raises until moving up a level
Your Deloitte offer is amazing! Snatch it before it's gone.
13 yrs experience is overshooting DT's normal years at mgr. This is definitely likely about highest comp they can offer without going to director or Sr Mgr level. It is certainly as good as offer as you can expect at mgr level but thinking ahead don't be surprised if you are kept right at this salary until promotion
18% increase
Do you mind sharing what % hike Deloitte offered on top of your current base?
Which city?
How many yrs exp?
How many years of experience do you have?
What's your current base at Accenture?
13 years experience. In Los Angeles.
Assuming this is just the base? That's a good salary. First year Ms are closer to 155/160 base
It doesn't suck.
D4, what are the base salaries for Manager levels at your firm? I'm guessing there are at least 3 levels of Manager.
Sounds solid
Thanks for the info, OP.
It's very good assuming it's base. If it includes bonus it's fairly average for S&O (depending on what bonus % was assumed)
