Is anyone else in an annoying work group chat that you don't know how to get out of? Mine consists of 7 people from my department and it always revolves around toxic gossip about people who aren't in the group. I'm afraid if I just leave it, I'll be the center of the gossip. Hello, I have a question that needs your inputs how to handle. I am working with a post-MBA Associate on a project and this person seems to do extra work beyond what the team is asking the rest of us to do.
