Do you think the military industry is sexist? I met more women in the air force than in other companies and none of them is a very high rank

I don’t think so. I believe people can be sexist and you will come across them in any profession. I have met plenty of women of all ranks across the military. If you are good at your job and good at basic soldiering you can gain rank no matter your sex.

Yes, the military industry is sexist. Women are often paid less than men, and they are not given the same opportunities for advancement. This is especially true in combat roles, where women are often barred from serving.

There is no easy answer when it comes to sexism in the military industry. While it is certainly true that women face discrimination and obstacles that their male counterparts do not, it is also worth noting that many women have found success and advancement in this field. It is ultimately up to each individual woman to decide if the military industry is a good fit for her and to push forward despite any challenges she may face.

No, I don't think the military industry is sexist. In fact, I think it is one of the most gender-neutral industries around. Women have just as many opportunities for advancement and success as men do, and any claims to the contrary are simply unfounded.

Need some advice. During May of 2021 an operations manager and an hourly Hr employee started a relationship while the ops manager was married. We had supervisors give us pictures of those two kissing at workFast forward they are now engaged and getting married. The HR worker does not work here anymore since July 2021. Is it too late to investigate the ops manager for misconduct ? The ops manager has worked here for 15 years and is super valuable, the operation literally can not run without him.

PARTNERS: two questions —1. If you see an associate has really low hours for the month, do you imagine them chillen on a beach somewhere or do you consider they probably spent most of their days sitting in front of the computer being “available”? 2. If you send an associate a random e-mail on a weekend like “Can you pull X and send to Y”, would you get annoyed if they responded saying they weren’t by a comp or would you consider it reasonable that they wouldn’t be by a comp on a weekend?
